A clear path forward

Every matter follows the Vantage Method: assess, plan, resolve, embed. We identify the issues, explain your options and agree a practical plan. Fixed fees are agreed upfront for a defined scope of work, so you know what is included before proceeding.

Advice informed by evidence

We draw on published Fair Work Commission decisions and enterprise-agreement research to explain relevant outcomes and help you assess your options. Our bargaining research tracks agreement coverage, nominal expiry dates and potential bargaining windows across oil and gas and maritime.

Direct support throughout

A dedicated lead adviser manages your matter throughout the agreed engagement. You receive clear recommendations in writing and practical support to put them into action. Where needed, we help strengthen policies, processes and manager capability to reduce the risk of recurring problems.

What we do

  • Enterprise bargaining and union disputes.
  • Support with Fair Work Commission and WA Industrial Relations Commission matters.
  • Workplace investigations and wage compliance.
  • Employment documentation, policies and onboarding processes.

Who we work with

Small businesses through to enterprise-level organisations across Australia, particularly in resources, construction, maritime and infrastructure.

We help identify whether the state or national workplace relations system applies to your business and provide support accordingly.
